Ingredients: 3 golden delicious apples -- peeled, cored and
sliced
3 d´anjou pears -- peeled, cored and
sliced
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1/4 cup sugar
2 tablespoons chateau ste. michelle late harvest
riesling
Directions: Pur‚e all of the ingredients in a blender of food processor. Transfer the mixture to an ice cream machine and prepare according to manufacturer´s directions (or see directions below). Keep frozen until ready to serve. If you don´t have an ice cream or gelato machine, freeze the sorbet mixture in a shallow tray, stirring with a whisk every hour until frozen. This incorporates air and breaks up ice crystals.
