Ingredients: 1 small box blue Jell-O
3/4 cup boiling water
1/2 cup cold water
Ice cubes
Gummy fish
Directions: Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water.
Combine cold water and ice cubes to make 1 1/4 cups ice and water. Add to Jell-O, stirring until slightly thick. Remove any unmelted ice. If it is still too thin, refrigerate for a few minutes. Pour Jell-O into clear glasses. Drop in gummy fish. Refrigerate until set, about 1 hour.
