Ingredients: 1 lb. (500 gm.) frozen fish
1/2 tsp. curry powder
1 tsp. garlic powder
2 apples
1/2 cup raisins
2-4 Tbsp. oil
salt to taste
Directions: Any or all of the following (but not more than 2 cups in all): onions, carrots, tomatoes, zucchini, corn, string beans, mushrooms
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. (175 degrees C.) and bake fish until done. In the meantime, dice and stir-fry the vegetables and fruit in a small amount of oil. Sprinkle with curry powder, garlic powder, and salt. Pour over cold fish. Serve hot or cold. Serves 5.
