Ingredients: 6 fish fillets
1 large onion, sliced
6 carrots, diced finely salt and pepper butter
sliced American cheese
1 can condensed tomato
soup oregano
Directions: Place onions and carrots in bottom of flat baking dish. Cover with salted fillets (overlap if necessary). Dot fish with butter. Sprinkle salt and pepper to taste. Cover with American cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Spoon soup over everything and sprinkle with oregano. Bake 50 minutes more.
