Ingredients: 1 pound haddock, fresh 2 or 3 bay leaves
or frozen 1/2 cup tomato juice
Crax crackers, crushed and sour cream
seasoned with paprika a few raisins
and garlic salt a few coarsely chopped 1 onion, cut up walnuts
1/2 cup milk some broken potato 3 Tbs. butter chips (not too fine)
Directions: Roll the fish fillets in the seasoned crushed crackers. Place cut-up onion, milk, 1 Tbs. butter, bay leaves, and tomato juice in a baking dish. Place the fish on top of this mixture, dot with the rest of the butter. Cover with sour cream. Add the raisins, cover with the nuts and broken potato chips. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 1 hour or until brown.
