Ingredients: 2 cups sliced cauliflowerets
2/3 cup French dressing
1/2 cup sliced Bermuda onion
4 cups shredded lettuce
1/2 cup sliced stuffed olives
1/2 cup Roquefort cheese
Directions: Combine cauliflowerets, onion, and olives. Marinate in French dressing 30 minutes before serving. Just before serving, add lettuce and toss lightly. Break cheese into small pieces and add with lettuce. Serves 6.
