Ingredients: 20 slices French bread, toasted
1 (6 ounce) jar marinated artichoke hearts, drained, chopped
1/4 cup roasted red peppers, sliced
2 tablespoons sliced green onion
1 (10 ounce) package CRACKER BARREL Extra Sharp Cheddar Cheese, thinly sliced
Directions: Top toast slices with artichokes, peppers, onion and cheese. Place on cookie sheet.
Broil 2 to 3 minutes or until cheese begins to melt. Garnish with additional red pepper and green onion.
