Honeyed Chicken

Ingredients:
Chicken breasts- 4 nos.
Clear honey- 30ml (2 tbsp).
Whole grain mustard-1 tsp.
Dried tarragon- 1/2 tsp.
Tomato Puree-1 tbsp.
Chicken stock- 150ml.
salt and pepper.

Directions:
Place the chicken breast in a casserole dish.
mix all remaining ingredients together and pour over the chicken.
Cook on microwave for 10 minutes.
Coat the chicken with the sauce several times during cooking.
