Ingredients: 1 cup sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 6-ounce jar baby food plums
1 cup self-rising flour
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
Directions: Mix all in the order given. Blend very well. Fill lightly greased muffin pans 2/3 full. Bake at 400° for 16 minutes. While still hot, dip into Lemon Glaze (recipe below) to coat the tops.
Lemon Glaze
1/3 cup powdered sugar
1 tablespoon melted butter
1 tablespoon lemon juice
In a small bowl, combine and stir until all the lumps are gone.
