Fondue Cold Blender Bearnaise
Cold Blender Bearnaise
Ingredients: 3 egg yolks
2 tablespoons tarragon vinegar
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons prepared mustard
2 medium-sized sprigs parsley
1/4 teaspoon tarragon
3/4 cup butter
1/4 cup water
Directions:
Serve this version cold. It´s delicious with just about everything.
Combine egg yolks, tarragon vinegar, lemon juice, salt, mustard, parsley, and tarragon in blender container; whirl smooth.
Melt butter with water until bubbly. With blender on high, pour in hot butter in a steady stream. Sauce thickens when chilled. Serve cold. Makes 1.1/2 cups.
