Fondue Mock Bearnaise
Mock Bearnaise
Ingredients: 1 tablespoon paprika (or dill weed to taste)
2 tablespoons very finely minced onion
1 cup sour cream
Salt to taste
Directions:
Serve this sauce with beef, chicken, lamb, and seafood.
Combine paprika (or dill weed), onion, and sour cream. Add salt to taste. Let stand at least several hours to blend flavors. Makes about 1 cup.
