Fondue Powdered Sugar Fondue
Powdered Sugar Fondue
Ingredients: 1 cup unsifted powdered sugar
1 cup (1/2 pint) whipping cream
1 or 2 tablespoons kirsch or brandy
to taste (optional)
Directions:
In a small saucepan mix powdered sugar and whipping cream. Stirring, bring to a full, vigorously foaming boil; cook 30 seconds. Pour into dessert fondue pot or other small dish; stir in brandy, if desired. Keep warm over very low heat. Makes about 1 cup sauce.
