Fondue Royal mocha fondue
Royal mocha fondue
Ingredients: 1/2 pound bittersweet chocolate
1/2cup strong coffee
1/4 teaspoon powdered cinnamon
3 tablespoons cream
8 tablespoons cognac orbrandy
Directions:
Melt chocolate in coffee in fondue pot over medium heat, stirring with wooden fork or spoon until smooth. Add cream, cognac and cinnamon, continuing to stir until mixed thoroughly.
Dippers: Marshmallows, cubes of angel food cake, slices of fresh peaches, candied orange peel, etc.
Tip: If sauce becomes too thick, add more coffee, liqueur or cream, according to taste of company.
