Fondue Butterscotch fondue
Butterscotch fondue
Ingredients: 1/4 cup butter
2 cups light cream
1 1/2 tablespoons cornstarch
3 tablespoons light rum
Directions:
Heat butter, cream and sugar in electric fondue pot at high, stirring until melted and bubbling.
Mix cornstarch and rum together. Pour into cream mixture, stirring constantly until well blended. Reduce heat to medium and continue cooking and stirring until mixture thickens. Set control at low for serving.
