Ingredients: 1 cup Crabmeat
1/2 cup Celery
1 Tomato -- peeled and cut up
2 tablespoons French dressing
Mayonnaise
Pimento strips
Green pepper strips
Directions: Pick over crab and take out any parchment-like tissue.
Mix crabmeat, celery, tomato and French dressing; let stand in ice box 30 minutes.
Blend in mayonnaise to moisten.
Place on lettuce leaves, garnish with pimento and green pepper strips.
