Ingredients: cream cheese
slender sourdough bread
radishes
salt to taste
Directions: Spread a thick layer of cream cheese on thin slices cut from a sourdough baguette. Wash and trim some radishes, and slice them about 1/8 inch thick. Arrange the radish slices over the cream cheese in rows, overlapping them so that at least 10 to 12 slices fit on each sandwich. Salt the radishes lightly.
