Ingredients: 2 pints fresh oysters
1/2 cup cream
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1/2 cup melted butter
2 cups cracker crumbs
Directions: Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Drain the liquid from the oysters, saving 1/2 cup of liquid. Combine the liquid with the cream, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Combine the butter and cracker crumbs in a small bowl and toss to mix. Layer the crumb mixture and the oysters, drizzling cream mixture between the layers, in a shallow baking dish. Begin and end with crumbs.
Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes until top is golden and juices are bubbling. Garnish with lemon and parsley.
