12 oz. button mushrooms, cleaned & stems even with caps
1/4 cup olive oil
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 cup dry white wine
1 bay leaf
1 tablespoon fresh tarragon, chopped
fresh ground pepper
1 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped
Directions: Directions
In a medium pan ;heat oil; add garlic and mushrooms and toss over heat until mushrooms absorb the oil. Add lemon juice, white wine, bay leaf, tarragon, and pepper. Bring mixture to boil and simmer for 5 minutes. Allow mushrooms to cool in liquid. Remove bay leaf. Sprinkle mushrooms with chopped parsley.
