Ingredients:
3 lbs. squid-cleaned, and cut into rings
oil for frying
1 cup of flour
salt
lemon wedges
Directions:
heat 1 inch of oil in a deep skillet/dip calamari in flour, and shake off excess/fry until golden,drain on paper towels, and serve with lemon wedges
