Ingredients:
2 lbs. of squid-cleaned, and cut into rings
2 lg.onions-sliced
1/2 cup of olive oil
1/2 cup of water
salt, and pepper

Directions:
brown onions in olive oil/add squid,water,salt, and pepper/cover, and simmer about 20 minutes
