Ingredients: 2-inch cinnamon sticks
1 cup whipping cream
6 cups hot, strong coffee
Almond flavoring
1/3 cup sugar
Directions: Let cinnamon stand in hot coffee 1 hour. Remove cinnamon and add sugar and 1/2 cup of cream. Chill. Pour into 6 tall glasses and fill with crushed ice. Add a little sugar and almond flavoring to remaining cream after whipping it stiff. Top each glass of coffee with a large helping of this cream. Serve immediately. Serves 6.
