Directions: Place coffee, sugar, and water in a lidless coffee pot or pan. Heat until mixture comes to a brisk boil, stirring constantly. Remove from flame and let the froth subside. Replace pot on very hot flame and repeat process 3 more times. Add a little cold water to pot just before serving to settle brew. Add a few drops of rose-water, if desired, to each cup. Serve in demitasses.
