Moroccan Fish

Recipe Moroccan Fish

Ingredients:
2 onions, finely chopped
6 hake (bakala) fillets
oil
dash sweet paprika
3 tomatoes, finely chopped
2 crushed garlic cloves or 1 Tbsp. garlic salt
1 Tbsp. turmeric
chili powder, chili pepper
pepper (optional)
juice of 1/2 lemon
olives (optional)



Directions:
Place onions in pan with a little oil and fry over low flame until soft. Add tomatoes, cover, and simmer for a few minutes. Add spices and lemon juice. Place fish on top, sprinkle with paprika, and baste with onion-tomato-spice mixture. Cover and cook over low flame for 1/2 hour. Garnish with olives. Serves 6.
