Ingredients: 1 12-ounce package semi-sweet chocolate pieces
1/4 cup butter
1/3 cup coffee liqueur or
1/3 cup strong black coffee
Directions: Set control at 240°. Heat butter in electric pot until just melted. Stir in chocolate pieces until melted. Turn control to off. Blend in liqueur or coffee.
Cake in 1-inch cubes, cookies or fruit are skewered and dipped into the fondue.
