Honey-orange fondue

   
Ingredients :  

1/2 cup butter 1 cup heavy cream 1/4 cup honey 14 cup orange marmalade 1 1/2 tablespoons cornstarch 1/4 cup orange liqueur

Instructions :  

Heat butter, cream, honey and marmalade in electric fondue pot at high, stirring constantly until melted and bubbly. Reduce heat to medium. Mix cornstarch and liqueur together. Add to cream mixture and continue cooking, stirring constantly, until thickened. For serving, set control at low.
