Ingredients: 2 cups cooked, minced chicken
1 1/2 cups finely rolled cracker crumbs
3/4 cup chicken stock
2 tablespoons cooking fat or salad oil
1/2 teaspoon minced onion
Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions: Combine ingredients, adding more liquid or crumbs for proper consistency, if necessary, to form into cakes. Fry in hot fat until brown on both sides. Serve with hot mushroom or pineapple sauce. Makes 6 cakes.
