Main Course - Fish & Seafood Stuffed fish
Stuffed fish
Ingredients: 500 g fish fillet (codfish, hake, haddock),
1 egg,
3 onions,
1 tblsp butter,
2 tblsps bread crumbs,
1 cupful tomato paste and
0.5 cupful milk sauce, spices, salt.
Directions:
Wash and put through a mincer fish fillet, add egg, spices, salt and mix well into an even mixture. Prepare heavy milk sauce and add fried onion to it. Shape the fish stuffing into small flat cakes. Put some heavy sauce in the centre of each cake, fold over and join-the edges, moulding into an oblong shape. Dust the zrazy with bread crumbs, move to a greased deep baking dish, pour over tomato sauce and bake in the oven.
