Barbecued Lamb breast
Ingredients: 2 pounds breast of lamb
1 teaspoon salt Pepper
1/2 cup chili sauce
1/4 teaspoon red pepper
1 tablespoon vinegar
1 cup water
1 medium onion, sliced
Directions:
Cut lamb into serving pieces. Season with salt and pepper. Place in hot skillet and brown fatty sides. Mix chili sauce, red pepper, vinegar, and water; pour over lamb. Add onion to mixture. Cover. Simmer 1 1/2 hours. Remove lid and cook on medium heat about 20 minutes, until barbecue sauce is almost absorbed. Serves 4.
